350 grams cod
800 grams milk
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
1 bunch of fresh parsley leaves
50 grams olive oil
150 grams butter
2 cloves garlic

Preparation of thermomix cod croquettes
