in it we cook the beans in a jiffy with their suffering and finally we curdle it it is a pan in a minute we have the first course or dinner ready

Bean omelette ingredients with Thermomix
- 500 g of tender beans
- 70g olive oil
- 200g of water
- 6 eggs
- Salt
- black pepper
Preparation of broad bean omelette with Thermomix
- We put the oil in our Thermomix bowl and heat
- 5 minutes / varoma temperature / reverse rotation / spoon speed
- add the beans with the water and salt
- 20 minutes / varoma temperature / reverse rotation / spoon speed
- strain it with the basket over a bowl
- We dry our glass of Thermomix and put the eggs a little bit of salt and pepper and we are going to empty
- four seconds / speed 4
- add the beans and mix
- 3 seconds / speed 2
- good a splash of oil in a frying pan and curdle the tortilla
