Ingredients

Preparation
- We put the 1/2 liter of water in our Thermomix bowl
- We place 1 kg of small potatoes in the varoma container, put it in place and put the 600 grams of coarse salt on top and program

For the Mojo Picón
- with our glass of clean and dry thermomix, add 4 cloves of garlic and mince
