Leek cream soup with the Thermomix
I had this recipe written for a long time, I do not know where I got it from, but I do it very often and it’s really good and tremendously simple to make.
Also the leek with its 61 calories per 100 grams is great for low calorie dishes, also has the same properties as garlic that are many but in a softer way
Ingredients to make Leek cream soup with the Thermomix
3-4 large leeks
200 grams of potato
50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
500 grams of milk
500 grams of bird broth
To decorate, fresh cream and chives
Preparation of Leek cream soup with the Thermomix
Put the sliced leek in the robot cup and the cut and sliced potatoes
4 seconds / speed 4
Add oil and saute
10 minutes, Varoma and speed 1 (without cover beaker).
Incorporate the chicken broth and milk and cook for
25 minutes / 90ºC / speed 1
Crush the mixture during
1 minute in progressive speed 5-10
Be careful, do not burn, I put a rag on the lid of the thermomix cup to avoid splashing.
Add salt and pepper and crush 1 minute in progressive speed 5-10
It is served hot
