For the cake:
a pinch of salt
51 grams of cornstarch
205 grams of oat milk
205 grams of pastry flour
82 grams of margarine
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
72 grams of sugar
For the cream:
1 tablespoon of liquid caramel
227 grams of cream cheese
402 grams of vegetable cream
52 grams of brown sugar
For the assembly:
2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder
205 grams of black coffee
Preparation of vegan Tiramisu with Thermomix
When you have gathered these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Let’s start with the cake. Add both the flour and the salt, the yeast and the cornstarch to the robot’s glass. program to
speed 5 / 10 seconds.
Booking.
Put the butterfly on the blades and add the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar to the glass. program to
speed 3 / 1 minute.
Add the oat milk and start the robot at
speed 3 / 10 seconds.
Add the reserved mixture and program to

Once assembled, put the tiramisu in the fridge and keep it there for about 5 hours. When serving it, remember to sprinkle the cocoa powder on top.
