Tuti-fruti cupcakes ingredients with thermomix
4 Eggs (L)
180 grams sugar
200ml sunflower oil
315 grams wheat flour
90ml milk
Vanilla
11 grams chemical yeast (Royal type)
pinch of salt
135 grams candied fruits (in pieces)
Preparation of tuti-fruti muffins with thermomix
Chop the fruits, place them in a bowl, of the total flour, pour a tablespoon over them, stir (this will prevent them from sinking to the bottom when baked).

Oven previously preheated to 230° C / heat up and down
We introduce the muffins and lower the temperature to 200° C / bake for about 15/17 minutes / after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean
