I had done it a while ago, in a sponge cake, to these I have added a little anise, it is completely optional, but I tried it by pouring it into the spelled ones and I loved the aroma they leave behind. I hope you like them and I encourage you to do them

Flan Magdalenas ingredients with Themromix
- 4 eggs (L)
- 180 grams sugar
- 120ml milk
- 100 ml mild olive or sunflower oil
- 10 ml anise (optional)
- vanilla essence
- 280 grams flour
- Half a prepared envelope of flam (about 15 gr)
- 1 on chemical yeast
- pinch of salt
Preparation of Flan Cupcakes with Themromix
- We start by sifting the dry ones (flour, flan powder, yeast and salt),
- 10 seconds / speed 8
- set aside and reserve
- Butterfly in blades, eggs and sugar in a glass,
- 4 minutes / 37°C / speed 3.5
- Then another 4 minutes / same speed but without temperature.
- We add the essence, anise and milk,
- 10 seconds / speed 3.5
- then the oil
- *5 seconds / speed 3’5.
- Remove the butterfly and add the reserved dry ingredients,
- *8 seconds / speed 4.
- We finish mixing with a spatula.
- Pour into a jug and leave in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour (ideally overnight), that will depend on the time you have.
- After the rest, we fill the 3/4 parts of the capsules, and add sugar on the surface (I have used the moistened sugar that I had left over from the roscones)
- Preheat oven to 250°, heat up and down.
- We lower the temperature to 210°, and bake about 15/18 min.
- Turn off and let cool on rack.
