- Fried tomato.
Preparation of tuna empanada recipe with the Thermomix
- Once you have gathered all those ingredients, put on your apron and follow our instructions:
- Add the water, milk and oil to the robot’s glass. Then program it to
- speed 2 and temperature 37º for 1 minute.
- Next, also add the yeast, a little salt and the raw egg.
- Then, program the Thermomix at the same speed and temperature as in the previous step but only 10 seconds.
- Then pour the flour into the glass and program
- spike speed for a minute and a half.
- In this way, you will have the dough ready.
- Now what will remain is that you shape the dough, specifically you must get two rectangles.
- The one that will act as the base will have to be placed on the baking paper that you have placed on a tray.
- Then on it you will add the tomato, the tuna and the boiled eggs that are the filling.
- Then place the other rectangle of dough on top of the filling to join the two and thus ensure that the content does not come out.
- Pierce the top with a fork all the way around and brush with egg.
- Thus, put the empanada in the oven and you will have it ready in about 30 -35 minutes at 180º.
