Thermomix sponge cakes
For many they are very well known for being part of the ingredients of other preparations, in my case I love to eat a couple with coffee or chocolate, they are really addictive and very delicious, ideal as I said to be part of the ingredients of other preparations, such as for the snack of the little ones.
We continue to show you how easy it is to make them at home and the best with our thermomix.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 120 grams sugar
- 120 grams flour
- Sprinkle glass sugar
Instructions
- Begin by placing the butterfly on the blades of the thermomix glass, add the eggs next to the sugar, program. 6 minutes / Temperature 40 ° / Speed 3.
- Immediately program without temperature. 6 minutes / Speed 3.
- Then, add the flour and mix quickly, program. 4 seconds / Speed 1.
- To finish mixing use a spatula with slow movements.
- Let stand about 10 minutes for the mixture to settle well.
- After that, pour the mixture into a pastry bag, being careful not to spill since the dough is quite light and soft, place a smooth nozzle to the pastry maker.
- Preheat oven to 200 ° C. On a baking sheet, place nonstick paper and a little butter and flour to make it easy to remove the biscuits once baked.
- With the pastry bag and on the baking sheet make canes of the desired size and with a few centimeters of separation, the ideal is that they are all the same size so that the cooking is even.
- Sprinkle glass sugar on each stick.
- Bake at 180 ° C for 6 - 8 minutes, depending on the intensity of your oven, or until you see the edges of the golden biscuits.
- At the end of the cooking time, immediately remove it from the oven and remove them from the tray with the tip of a knife. Place the biscuits on another tray and let cool, then devour them, share them, give them away or simply use them for any other preparation.
- You can add a little color and aroma to these biscuits of biscuits adding to the dough the flavor you want, with grated orange or lemon zest, or also a few drops of vanilla are great.
