We begin with the making of Strawberry Sauce, to do this, pour 200 grams of strawberries into the glass together with the lemon juice and the tablespoons of sugar, program.

To continue, we continue with the preparation of the mascarpone cream, again in the glass, make sure it is clean and dry, pour the cream (it must be very cold), place the butterfly and program.

You must be aware of the shake so that the cream does not spoil.
Then, when the cream is mounted, add the icing sugar and program again.

When the cream is well incorporated with the sugar, add the mascarpone cheese and the vanilla
