375 grams raw peeled prawns or prawns (better good size)
125 grams Onion
1 clove garlic
30 grams olive oil
120 grams white wine
200 grams natural crushed tomato
1 liter Fish stock (if purchased I recommend aneto)
pinch salt
1 sprig parsley

Preparation of brothy rice with prawns with thermomix

We start our recipe by putting the clove of garlic, the olive oil and the onion in several pieces in our Thermomix bowl and chop
5 seconds / speed 5
Once minced, we fry everything for what we program
8 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
at the end we add the wine and program
5 minutes / 100ºC / reverse rotation / spoon speed (without the beaker to evaporate the alcohol)
