500 grams of water
1000 grams of small potatoes (mine were medium)
30 grams of Parmesan cheese
4 cloves of garlic
8-10 sprigs of fresh parsley
120 grams of butter at room temperature, in pieces
1-2 pinches of salt
1-2 pinches of ground pepper
30 grams of olive oil (a little more for the tray)
Preparation of Smashed Potatoes with Thermomix
The first thing we are going to do is cook the potatoes for which we put the water in our Thermomix bowl and put the varoma container in its position with the potatoes placed inside, cover and program
40 minutes / varoma temperature / spoon speed
we remove the varoma container being careful not to burn ourselves and put the potatoes in an oven tray which we will have spread with a little oil
When the potatoes are on the tray, with a glass that has a flat bottom, slightly crush the potatoes so that they are broken (what we call crushing them).
we empty the water from our Thermomix bowl
preheat the oven to 200 ° C
we put the piece of cheese in the Thermomix bowl making sure that the glass is dry and chop the cheese for it we program

put in a bowl and reserve the cheese
Now put the garlic and parsley in the Thermomix bowl and chop

We lower with the spatula the ingredients that may have been stuck on the sides of our glass and add the butter that is not very cold and mix everything
