Ingredients of Clams a la marinera with thermomix
- ½ kg. of clams
- ½ cup of oil
- ½ onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- The juice of ½ lemon
- 1 glass of white wine
- parsley
- Salt
- Chilli
Preparation of Clams a la marinera with thermomix
- We put the clams to soak with water and salt hour before starting to cook them
- We start by cleaning the clams that we have had in salted water well, with a good jet of water to remove any trace of dirt they may have.
- if we left some dirt it could ruin our plate
- Once cleaned with cold water we will place them in the basket
- We will put all the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl, except the breadcrumbs, the
- wine and parsley.
- Put the basket with the clams, close and put the strainer on top and program
- 12 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
- When we see that our clams have opened they will be ready, if they had not opened
- we will program a few more minutes the previous step
- Remove the basket, and put the clams in a serving dish,
- and add the breadcrumbs, the wine and a little water to the glass, and program
- speed 1 / temperature 100º / 5 minutes.
- At the end, add some parsley leaves and pour it over the clams
