Ingredients of Crayfish in sauce with thermomix
100 grams of crayfish (approximately 30 units)
1 can of crushed tomato (approximately 400 grams, natural or canned)
50 grams extra virgin olive oil
50 grams dry white wine
700 grams water
4 cloves of garlic
1 large onion cut into chunks
4 sprigs fresh parsley
1 tablespoon flour
2 bay leaves
chilli to taste
1 sprig of rosemary

For the steamed potatoes, place water and salt in the Thermomix bowl and the basket with the previously washed and peeled potatoes, program.
