To be able to prepare risotto for four people You need to have the following ingredients in the kitchen:
150 grams of mushrooms.
200 grams of White wine.
350 grams of rice.
50 grams of Parmesan.
30 grams of olive oil.
1 small onion.
A little bit of salt.
700 grams of vegetable broth.
Preparation of Recipe for risotto with mushrooms in the Thermomix
When you already have all these products in the kitchen, prepare to prepare this tasty dish following these instructions:
First, peel the onion and cut it into pieces.
Then grate the cheese.
Then, in the robot glass, pour the onion, the oil and half of the mushrooms. Schedule it to speed 1 and temperature 100º for approximately 8 minutes.
Then add the rice and program at bucket speed, left turnat and temperature 100º for 3 minutes.
The next step will be to add the wine and remove the goblet to proceed to put the Thermomix in the same values as in the previous step, except that the time will be 5 minutes.
