Ingredients
1 rabbit, chopped
For the sauce:
70 grams of pepper
150 grams of black beer
190 grams of onion
150 grams of water
3 garlic
Salt and ground pepper to taste
For the marinade:
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of paprika
2 large garlic
100 grams of olive oil
100 grams of black beer
25 grams of sherry vinegar
Thyme, oregano and rosemary to taste
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the marinade ingredients to the robot’s glass and program to
progressive speed 5-10 / 20 seconds.
Put the rabbit in a bowl and on top of it the contents of the glass. Let it marinate for at least 5 hours.
After that time, place the rabbit in the Varoma.
To prepare the sauce, add the garlic, onion and pepper to the glass. Program a
