Ingredients for Cheesecake with caramelized apples with thermomix

    BASE

    • 170 grams cookies (of which you have)
    • 75 grams melted butter

    FILL 1

    • 600 grams cream cheese
    • 200 grams ricotta cheese
    • 130 grams sugar
    • Vanilla
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

    APPLES LAYER

    • 5 apples (of the variety you have)
    • 80 grams brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 50 grams raisins macerated in a little rum.
    • (you can macerate them in orange juice)

    CUMBLE

    • 80 grams wheat flour
    • 50 grams cereal flakes
    • 60 grams brown sugar
    • 80 grams butter (very cold)

    Preparation of Cheesecake with caramelized apples with thermomix

      BASE

      1. Cookies in the glass,
      2. 10 seconds / speed 8
      3. Pour into a bowl and add the melted butter. Mingle.
      4. Line the base and sides of the mold with baking paper. We overturn the dough and distribute by surface. We put in the fridge.

      FILL 1

      8. Finally the cornstarch

      10. We took the base out of the fridge and turned it over.

      APPLES LAYER

      1. Peel the apples and cut into wedges.
      2. Add the raisins, sugar and cinnamon.
      3. we mix
      4. We will put them in the oven at 180 °, heat up and down for about 25 minutes
      5. Let it temper and pour over the filling of our tart

      CUMBLE

      1. Flour, flakes, sugar and butter cubed in a glass,
      2. 12 seconds / speed 6
      3. We leave in the fridge until use.
      4. We put it in pieces on the layer of apples
      5. Preheated oven to 160°, heat up and down.
      6. We bake about 50/55 minutes
      7. Turn off and leave in the oven with the door ajar for about 30 min.
      8. Remove and let cool.
      9. Once cold and without demolding, we put it in the fridge for about 3/4 hours, so that it finishes settling.
      10. After time, we unmold, present and taste.
      11. Believe me; it’s terribly good.
