Ingredients of quince liqueur with thermomix

500 grams of quinces
300 grams of rum
300 grams of water
200 grams of brown sugar

Preparation of quince liqueur with thermomix

peel and pit the quinces and put them in our Thermomix bowl and chop
5 seconds / speed 5
with the spatula we lower the pieces stuck to the sides of the vessel
Add the water and sugar and program
20 minutes / 90ºC / speed 2
we pass it all through a strainer and squeeze with a spoon removing all the liquid and collect it in a glass
put the quince broth back in the Thermomix bowl and add the rum and stir everything
10 seconds / speed 3
We put it in glass bottles and let it cool
