Ingredients

210 grams of quince washed and chopped
200 grams of flour
4 eggs
210 grams of vanilla sugar
The zest of a lemon
A little bit of salt
A glass of sunflower oil
190 grams of brown sugar
4 sachets of soda, two purple and two white

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the oil and the quince into the glass of the robot and program
progressive speed 5-10 / 40 seconds.
Reservation.
Add the brown sugar and eggs. Program a
speed 4 / 37º / 5 minutes.
Afterwards, put the robot back to work
speed 4/5 minutes.
Add the vanilla sugar, the zest and the soda sachets. Program a
speed 4/6 seconds.
Add the reserved quince and put the robot to work
speed 4/10 seconds.
Then add the salt and flour. Program a
speed 4/15 seconds.
Next, pour the contents of the glass into a mold, greased with butter. Spread it well and put it in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there for about 45 minutes at 180º.
