Ingredients
- In order for you to start preparing this dish, you have to start by buying all the ingredients you need and they are none other than these:
- 70 grams of flour
- 250 grams of milk
- 300 grams of bacon
- Salt and pepper
- 100 grams of tomato
- 4 eggs
- 100 grams of cream
- 1 zucchini
- 100 grams of cheese
- A couple of spoonfuls of perrin sauce, the one that goes by the name of Worcestershire.
Instructions
- Once you have all these products in the kitchen, it is time to proceed with the elaboration of the quiche, following these indications:
- In the food processor, add the tomato, the diced bacon, the cheese and the zucchini. Chop everything up for about 4 seconds / speed 5.
- Then it is time to add the cream, milk, eggs and flour to the above ingredients. Mix everything together for 10 seconds / speed 3.
- Next, pour salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce over them to mix well for 10 seconds / speed 3.
- The next step is to pour the resulting "dough" onto a baking tin, which you have previously "greased" with a little butter.
- After that, you must put it in the oven, which you will have preheated to 180º, and bake it at this same temperature for about 40 minutes.
