- 180 grams pumpkin, diced
- 20 grams margarine
- 50 grams cheese, spread
- 180 grams milk
- salt pepper nutmeg
Preparation
- We put the onion in our Thermomix bowl and chop
- 5 seconds / speed 4
- Add the pumpkin and margarine and fry
- 6 minutes / Varoma temperature / spoon speed
- Add the cheese, salt, pepper, milk and nutmeg and program
