To obtain about four servings of bechamel you need to have the following products in the kitchen:
25 grams of Butter.
Half a tablespoon of olive oil.
400 grams of milk whole.
55 grams of flour.
Salt, nutmeg and pepper to taste.
Once you have proceeded to gather all the products mentioned, it is time to put on the apron and make the bechamel.
To do this, you will have to follow these steps that we indicate:
In the robot glass, pour both the butter and the oil. Schedule it to speed 2 and temperature 100º during one minute, approximately.
Next, proceed to add the flour. In this case, you will have to program the Thermomix to speed 1 and temperature 100º for 2 minutes.
Then add the rest of the ingredients. What you will have to undertake will be the programming of the robot speed 7 for about 5 seconds so that everything mixes well.
Then, program it again but in this case at speed 4 and temperature 100º for about 9 minutes.
