Ingredients
- 2 round sheets of puff pastry
- Sliced almonds
- 1 beaten egg
- For the stuffing:
- 65 grams of sugar
- 300 grams of very cold cream
- For decoration:
- Glass sugar

- When you've gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps we've outlined:
- To have the base of the doughnut, spread out on the kitchen table one of the sheets of puff pastry and make, with the help of a glass or a mould, a hole in the centre.
- Then, put it in the oven, previously heated, and keep it there for 15 minutes at 180º.
- Follow the same procedure with the other sheet of puff pastry. However, before putting it in the oven, paint it with the beaten egg and add the almonds and icing sugar.
- The next step will be to make the filling, which will be none other than whipped cream. To do this, put the butterfly on the blades and pour in the cream. Program without time at speed 3 ½.
- When you see that the cream is about to be whipped, add the sugar and keep the robot running for a few more seconds.
- Put the whipped cream into a piping bag and pour it over the base of the pastry, then place the other sheet of pastry on top.
