Ingredients

25 grams of cocoa powder
750 grams of milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
75 grams of sugar
65 grams of boiling water
30 grams of cornstarch
a pinch of salt

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the cornstarch, cocoa, salt, sugar and cinnamon to the Thermomix bowl. Program a
speed 4/15 seconds.
Add the boiling water and reset to
speed 1 / 100º / 2 minutes.
Then put the robot back to work
speed 2 / 100º / 5 minutes.
