Crispy hake ingredients with Mediterranean crust with air fryer
- 🐟 500 g of hake fillets
- 🍅 100 g of cherry tomatoes
- 🌿 8 fresh thyme twigs
- 🌿 8 Fresh Romero Sprigs
- 🍅 8 dried oil tomatoes
- 🧄 2 garlic cloves
- 🥚 2 Eggs size m
- 🧈 40 g of butter
- 🍞 80 g of panko flour (or thick breadcrumbs)
- 🧀 30 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 🧂 salt and pepper to taste
- 🌱 Fresh basil (to decorate, to taste)

- 1. Prepare the Aromatic Festival
- Start by cutting the cherry tomatoes in rooms. Then, drag the dried tomatoes (which usually come in oil) and plicate them finely. Pela and itch the garlic cloves. Now comes what smells rich: separates the thugs from the thyme and finely pile the rosemary. All this will be the basis of crust.

- 4. Cooking without dramas: 180 ºC, 12–14 minutes
- Preheat the air fryer at 180 ºC. Cook the fillets for 12 to 14 minutes, depending on the thickness, until the coverage is golden, crunchy and slightly bubbly. Not the sciles: they need space to brown well.
- 5. Final touch: Basil and table!
- Lava some fresh basil leafs and decorates the fish once out of the fryer. Add an Aove splash if you go. It serves with a green salad or roasted potatoes to accompany.
🧠 Extra tips
- You can use cod loins, salmon or even firm tofu as an alternative to fish if you want to vary.
- The Panko gives a crunchy lighter than classic breadcrumbs. If you don’t have, you can crush corn crispy (yes, cereals) and use that.
- Do you like the most powerful scabs? Add a little dijon mustard or a teaspoon of chopped capers.
- For spicy fans, a few drops of sriracha or chili powder in the crust never fail.
