Crispy chip ingredients from Parmesan and onion in air frying
- For chips:
- 2 medium onions
- 100 g of Parmesan cheese (fine grated, good, not the boat please)
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dry thyme (optional, but recommended)
- 1 pinch of salt
For sauce (which is not optional, it is essential):
- 150 g of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs (parsley, chives or whatever you have at hand)

- Step 1: The crunchy base
- Peel the onions and cut them in fine hoops, about 2-3 mm. Nothing cuts crazy: here we look for uniformity to be made in a homogeneous way. Then the Parmesan scratches with care, and mix it with the paprika, the thyme and a pinch of salt.
- Step 2: Art assembly
- Place vegetable paper or a silicone sheet in the basket of your air fryer. Sprinkle the cheese mixture forming small separate piles (as if they were mini hockey records, but much more appealing).
