Gnocchi with pumpkin cream in Airfryer
1 bag of gnocchi
250g of pumpkin
200 ml of soy cream
1 onion
1 tooth garlic
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Grated cheese (optional)
Cut the pumpkinthe onion and the garlic in medium pieces.
Add a splash of olive oil and salt to taste, mixing well so that they are impregnated with flavor.
Put the vegetables in the fryer and cook at 185°C for 15 minutesuntil tender and lightly golden.
