1 liter of water to cook the eggs
200 gr of cooked beetroot
400 ml of water (for the beetroot)
35 gr of canned tuna

We place the eggs in the basket and we are going to reserve it for a little later
In the Thermomix glass we are going to place a liter of water and we put the basket in the upper part in its position and program

being careful not to burn ourselves, we remove the eggs from the basket and in a bowl with cold water we proceed to cool them
Peel the eggs, cut them in half, leaving them in two halves and remove the yellow part of the yolk.
We remove the water that we had in our Thermomix glass and we put 400 ml of water again and we put the beetroot inside and program

In a bowl we place the crushed beetroot with the water and put the boiled eggs in halves inside in such a way that they are covered by the beetroot liquid.
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 6 or 8 hours.
After that time, we take out the eggs, we put it on blotting kitchen paper to remove the excess liquid
while in a bowl we combine the canned tuna (removing the oil) with the mayonnaise and mix everything perfectly
