Ingredients
- 500 grams of cooked meat
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 150 grams of onion
- 250 grams of flour
- 80 grams of olive oil
- 150 grams of meat broth
- 850 grams of whole milk
- White pepper
- nutmeg
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 200 grams of breadcrumbs
- 4 beaten eggs
- 300 grams oil to laugh
Preparation
- To start we will put the meat in the glass (it can be chicken or meat for stew) and chop it
- 6 seconds / speed 6
- Add the hard-boiled eggs and beat
- 2 seconds / speed 4
- Remove the meat and eggs and store in a bowl
- Add the oil to the glass of our thermomix together with the onion and chop
- 4 seconds / speed 6

- Add the flour and fry

- Lower the flour from the sides with the spatula and fry for a few more minutes.

- We will put this mixture in a pastry bag and let it cool for 30 minutes.
- then we will put it for a minimum of 8 hours in the fridge
- After that time, we will put breadcrumbs in a fountain, cutting the tip of the disposable pastry bag, in such a way that there is a thickness of about 3 centimeters
- we will squeeze the manfa and we will make a croquette about 4 cm long
- We will coat the croquettes in the breadcrumbs, then in the egg with all of them until the dough is finished
- Finally we will fry them in a saucepan with plenty of oil
- When you take them out, put them on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil and they are ready to eat.
