Stuffed eggs with thermomix

I loved these stuffed eggs that I used to eat on Sundays at the bar, it was the pintxo that I liked the most

I tried many recipes until I found the one that was exact to those eggs stuffed

Since then I have made them very often and they are a hit when friends come over for lunch or dinner and I have them for snacks

Ingredients of stuffed eggs with thermomix

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 liter of water
  • A splash of vinegar
  • 2 small cans of tuna
  • 1 small can of anchovy stuffed olives
  • 1 small can of red bell pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Preparation of stuffed eggs with thermomix

  4. carefully remove the eggs and cool them with cold water

  6. Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut them in half.
  7. we remove the yolks and put them in our Thermomix bowl and program
  8. 5 seconds/speed 3
  9. take out 2 or 3 tablespoons to decorate later and reserve and leave the rest in the glass
  10. we include in the glass the tuna and the mayonnaise and we program
  11. 7 seconds/speed 5
  12. remove the mixture from the plate and fill the eggs with the help of a spoon
  13. of the yolks that we had reserved we put a little on top of each egg
  14. cut the red peppers into strips and put a strip of pepper along with an olive
