510 grams of cooked tiger mussels, clean of their beards and separated from their shells
Salt to taste
2 medium garlic
Olive oil
Half a teaspoon of sweet paprika
Half an onion
fresh parsley to taste
62 grams of butter
Half a teaspoon of hot paprika
87 grams of flour
Bread crumbs
2 eggs
Olive oil
1 splash of hot milk

Preparation of tiger mussels with air fryer – air fryer

Once you have gathered all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow these steps:
Finely chop the mussels, garlic, onion and parsley.
In a frying pan, add the butter, melt it and then add the onion, parsley and garlic.
Add the flour to toast and mix everything with the oil.
Add the hot milk along with the salt and paprika. Stir everything well for about 9 minutes.
Let it cool and then fill the mussel shells with it and then pass them through breadcrumbs, beaten egg and breadcrumbs again.
Put the mussels in the freezer. When they are frozen, spray them with a little olive oil and put them in the fryer. Keep them there for about 12 minutes at 170º.
