Ingredients
- 310 grams of lentils
- 160 grams of cauliflower
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled, sliced
- 2 or 3 small garlic, peeled
- 50 grams of olive oil
- 1 potato peeled and chopped
- A splash of vinegar
- A teaspoon of paprika and another of cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- Water
- 1 beef stock cube
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
