Ingredients for parmesan pearls with thermomix

200 grams of Parmesan cheese
3 egg whites
black pepper
olive oil

Preparation of parmesan pearls with thermomix

The first thing we are going to do is beat the egg whites in a bowl, once they are beaten with a grater, we will grate the Parmesan cheese on top of the whites and mix by adding a little black pepper, then everything with a fork or spoon until form a mass
Then with our hands we are making some balls the size of a walnut more or less that we will heat in a pan today until they are golden.
We put them on blotting paper and that’s it
To do it with our Thermomix we will put all the ingredients in our Thermomix glass and we will beat

We take out the mixture and with our hands we make the balls and we follow the same process we brown them in very hot oil and we drain them on absorbent paper
