600 grams of octopus
1200 grams of water
90 grams of virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
800 grams of potatoes cut into pieces
400 grams of milk
50 grams of butter

6 egg yolks

To begin, you must cook the octopus in a traditional way, place it in a pot or in the Thermomix bowl of water, program.
