- We put a piece of plastic wrap and place a fillet of hake and put the mousse on top, cover it with another fillet of hake and roll up well so that there is no air left and
- we put a new layer of film paper and put it inside the varoma container

- We put in our Thermomix bowl the white wine, the water, the orange, the orange juice and 20 gr. of butter. We crush
- 15 seconds / speed 7
- Place the Varoma in its position and program
