This salt is perfect for preparing all kinds of vegetables and it clarifies a point of flavor that is a little finer than if we use normal salt.

It is tremendously easy to make and we can do it once and store it in a glass jar for other times.

Ingredients of Aromatic Salt of paprika, curcuma and garlic with Thermomix

  • 50 g dehydrated vegetables (we can use whatever we want)
  • a spoonful of Turmeric
  • a tablespoon of sweet paprika
  • a tablespoon of garlic powder
  • a tablespoon of sea salt
  • half tablespoon of peppercorn

Preparation of Aromatic Salt of curcuma paprika and garlic with Thermomix

  1. we put everything in our Thermomix and crush it
  2. 10 seconds / speed 10
  3. We always keep it in a completely hermetic jar or it can be made of glass
