Milk Caramel Spread Smoothie with Thermomix
The recipe I share is so simple that even a child can do it, and surely will be so delighted that he will want to do it again and again.
Milk Caramel Spread is a delicacy, par excellence, one of the richest and most irresistible sweets that exists. We usually buy it at the supermarket but it is very easy to prepare it at home and it will be the main ingredient for a delicious milk confection with Thermomix.

Ingredients
- Homemade Milk Caramel Spread:
- 1 liter of milk
- 200 grams and cream
- 120 grams of white sugar
- 10 grams of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 spoon of vanilla
- Smoothie:
- 300 grams of homemade Milk Caramel Spread
- 400 grams of milk
- 200 grams of cream
- 6 egg yolks
- 50 grams of sugar
- To decorate
- Caramelised dried fruit
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup
Instructions
- First of all take into account the preparation time, although it is easy to do it requires waiting time, cooking the dulce de leche for approximately 1 hour and cooling the mixture to obtain a good result, at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the Milk Caramel Spread by yourself, adding 1 liter of milk, 200 grams of cream, both types of sugar, the honey spoon and the vanilla spoon in the glass of the thermomix. Place the basket on the lid so that the steam comes out, set 1 hour / Temperature varoma / speed 5.
- Once ready, you will notice that the preparation reduces the volume approximately in half and the texture is creamy and of darker shade, it will take better body to refrigerate it. Reserve until making the smoothie.
- To prepare the smoothie, add 400 grams of milk, 200 grams of cream, 6 egg yolks, another 50 grams of sugar, program 5 minutes / Temperature 90 ° / speed 3 into the thermomix cup.
- Immediately incorporate 3oo grams of dulce de leche, program 20 seconds / Speed 1
- Place the whole smoothie in a mold or airtight container suitable for refrigerator lined with clear plastic wrap and freeze for at least 12 hours.
- To serve, take the preparation out of the refrigerator, let stand a few minutes at room temperature, and then cut into pieces and add it to the thermomix, set 30 seconds / Speed 8.
- Serve in individual ice cream glasses, decorate with a little whipped cream, sprinkle some caramelised and chopped nuts and if you like, add some strands of chocolate syrup.
