Ingredients
- 300 grams of michirones
- 2 bay leaves
- 160 grams of chorizo sliced
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 ham bone
- A splash of olive oil
- A good piece of serrano ham in tacos
- 1 teaspoon of red paprika
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 chilli
- Half pork leg cut in half
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
