Ingredients of cod fritters with the Thermomix
- In order to start preparing this dish that concerns us, you must have the following products at home, which will allow you to obtain some 10 or 12 fritters:
- 2 teeth of Garlic.
- 400 grams of desalted cod crumbs.
- 250 grams of water.
- 170 grams of flour.
- 5 grams of yeast.
- 4 eggs.
- 5 grams of sugar.
- fresh parsley and salt to taste.
- 35 – 40 grams of olive oil.
Preparation of cod fritters with the Thermomix
- When you have gathered all those ingredients in the kitchen, put on your apron and start the preparation at hand:
- Start by peeling the garlic and cutting it into slices.
- Then add to glass of the Thermomix both the garlic and the parsley and program it at speed 5 for about 5 seconds.
- Then add the cod and reprogram the robot to the same speed and time.
- Then pour the oil and program to speed 1 and temperature 120º for about 5 minutes.
- The next step will be to add the water, eggs, flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
- You must program the Thermomix to speed 6 until you see that all this becomes a homogeneous paste without lumps.
- Then you will have to pour the mixture into a bowl and let it rest.
- Next, heat the olive oil in a pan. When it is ready, proceed to add the fritters to that pan, which you will obtain by shaping the dough into small portions with the help of two small spoons.
- So you will proceed to fry them.
