Ingredients of mango jelly beans with thermomix

200 grams of peeled and chopped ripe mango
150 grams of sugar
2 envelopes of neutral gelatin powder
1 sachet of orange flavored gelatin
1 tablespoon non-stick oil

Preparation of mango jellies with thermomix

Place the mango pieces in the Thermomix bowl to obtain approximately 200 grams of mango puree, program.
30 seconds / Speed 7
Strain the mango puree so that there are no strands of fiber left and the puree has a soft, smooth texture. Use the spatula so that no residue remains in the glass and to help strain the pulp better.
Again, place the mango puree in the Thermomix bowl, add only 120 grams of sugar and program.
5 minutes / Temperature 100°C / Speed 1
Incorporate the two sachets of neutral gelatin powder and the orange gelatin sachet, program.

Then, spray non-stick oil on the silicone molds, make sure they are well impregnated so that the jellies are not damaged when unmolding.
Carefully pour the preparation into the already greased molds, and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 12 continuous hours or overnight.
When unmolding, immediately overflow with the rest of the sugar that had been reserved and with this you already have some great treats ready for the little ones.
