Ingredients

  • 180ml orange juice
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 15 grams of gelatin

Preparation

  1. We put in our Thermomix bowl the orange juice, the lemon juice, the sugar and the vanilla and program
  2. 10 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
  3. Submerge the gelatin in water for a few minutes
  4. Add the gelatin to our Thermomix bowl and program
  5. 1 minute / speed 4
  6. We put the mixture in silicone candy molds and put in the fridge for 3 hours and our jelly candies will be ready to eat.
