I knew this recipe from a German friend and there it is quite typical and it is made a lot with the thermomix
There they take it in many ways, with hot milk as if it were a coffee, adding it to a caramel-flavored cappuccino, the way I like it the most is with cold milk shake, it’s delicious

Caramel syrup ingredients with thermomix
- 150 grams of Werther originals candy (30 pieces)
- 175 grams of brown sugar
- 180 grams of water
Preparation of caramel syrup with thermomix
- The first thing we are going to do is pulverize the candies, for which we put the 150 grams of candies and grind
- 10 seconds / speed 10
- Add the brown sugar and water to the candy powder and program
- 20 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2
- Let’s take a 250ml bottle and carefully pour the content inside and our caramel syrup will be ready
