Ingredients

Sugar to taste

For the gelatin:

3 gelatin sheets
55 grams of sugar
260 grams of Pedro Ximénez

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
To prepare the mousse, add the foie and yogurt to the glass of the robot and program to
speed 3 / 80º / 2 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass into the containers that you are going to serve them and place them in the refrigerator.
