Ingredients
1 kilo of clean cuttlefish
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 chilli
2 or 3 garlic
75 grams of olive oil
180 grams of crushed natural tomato
310 grams of onion
1 teaspoon of sugar
75 grams of brandy
30 grams of pine nuts
30 grams of raisins
Half a tablet of fish stock
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the cuttlefish, cleaned and chopped, to the robot’s glass along with 25 grams of brandy and 25 grams of olive oil. Program a
spoon speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
Reservation.
Add the onion and garlic to the glass. Program a
speed 5/6 seconds.
Then add the rest of the oil and start the Thermomix at
spoon speed / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Then, pour in the salt, sugar, and tomato. Program a
spoon speed / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Add the chilli, the cuttlefish, the stock cube, the raisins, the pine nuts, the rest of the brandy and the pepper. Program a
spoon speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
