Ingredients
6 eggs.
240 grams of sugar.
Lemon zest.
240 grams of cornstarch.
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the sugar to the glass and program to
speed 10 / 15 seconds.
Put the butterfly on the blades and pour in the egg whites, one by one, as well as the zest. program to
speed 3.5 / 37º / 8 minutes.
Add the yolks, one by one through the jar, while the robot is running at
speed 2 / 1 minute.

speed 1 / 3 minutes.
