240 grams of fondant chocolate (with 50% minimum cocoa) in pieces
1 liter of whole milk
25 grams of fine corn flour (maizena)
110 grams of sugar
125 grams plain yogurt

To start our liquid yogurt we put the chocolate in our Thermomix bowl and grate it, for what we program

Add 400 ml of milk and the cornstarch and program again
7 minutes / temperature 90º / speed 4
Add another 400 ml of milk and mix
10 minutes / speed 5
Let cool the contents in the glass for about 30 minutes.
