Zarina semi-liquid cheesecake ingredients with thermomix

    For the base

    • 200 grams of digestive biscuits
    • 140 grams of cold butter

    For the rest

    • 6 eggs
    • 800 grams of Philadelphia cheese
    • 230 grams of white sugar
    • 650 ml of whipping cream 38% MG

    Preparation of semi-liquid cheesecake from Zarina with thermomix

    1. put the cookies and butter in the thermomix and program
    2. 3 seconds / speed 5
    3. in a removable mold that we use, about 25-26 cm in diameter, put parchment paper and put the cookies with the butter on the base and press well so that they are consistent and put in the freezer for 10 minutes while we do the rest
    4. we put the rest of the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl, eggs, cream cheese, sugar and cream and mix everything
