Ingredients
- 80 grams of dark chocolate 70% cocoa, broken into pieces
- 320 grams of liquid cream 35% mg
- 10 grams of powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation
- The first thing we are going to do is convert the sugar into icing sugar, we place the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and we program
- 10 seconds / speed 8
- we put the sugar in a bowl and reserve
- We place the dark chocolate 70% cocoa broken into pieces in our Thermomix bowl and chop
- 10 seconds / speed 10
- With a spatula we lower any remainder stuck to the sides and proceed to melt the chocolate
- 3 minutes / 50ºC / speed 2
- We add 80 grams of cream, the sugar that we had reserved and we program
- 20 seconds / speed 4 *
- Add the other 240 grams of cream and continue mixing
- 10 seconds / speed 3
- We put everything in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours
- We washed and we lied our Thermomix bowl, we put this chocolate cream again and we beat again
- 2 minutes / speed 3
- We fill the containers and we can consume
