- 140 grams of zucchini
- 20 grams of green pepper
- 120 grams of pumpkin
- 130 grams of natural tomato
- 50 grams of rice
- 80 grams of leek
- 90 grams of carrot
- 100 grams of onion
- 750 grams of water
- A splash of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of lentil and vegetable porridge for babies with Thermomix
- We can soak the lentils overnight that will make them softer
- We put the vegetables, wash them well and cut them into small pieces, put them inside our Thermomix bowl together with the rest of the elements and program
- 30 minutes / 100 °C / counterclockwise rotation / spoon speed
- then we start grinding
- 2 minutes / speed 5
- when finished we program again
