- 7 sobaos
- 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- Pomace cream to taste
- For the cream:
- 4 eggs
- 250 grams of whipping cream
- 30 grams of cornstarch
- 200 grams of milk
- 145 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of pomace cream
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- We are going to start with the cream, so add the eggs, milk, cream, pomace cream, cornstarch and sugar to the robot’s glass. Program a
